Suffield Public Schools has completed the migration of all faculty and staff email accounts to Digital BackOffice Hosted Exchange 2010. Suffield Public Schools Director of Technology, Rebecca Osleger, scheduled several open tech help sessions for staff and teachers at each of the four Suffield Public Schools to answer questions and provide assistance. Outlook Training videos were also available 24×7. “The migration to DBO Hosted Exchange included a change to a simpler domain name, suffield.org”, said Rebecca, “which necessitated a change in email addresses. Many users were anxious about the address change and loss of existing emails. The DBO team executed the email migration plan in a timely and professional manner. Outlook Web Agent is now available on every mobile device and from all major web browsers, IE, Firefox or Safari, which is a great improvement for our diverse community of mobile users.”
